So… it’s finally 2021, we’ve managed to see the back end of 2020 and I can imagine I speak for many people when I say THANK GOD! But let’s not forget that it’s not over, let’s continue to stay safe, vigilant and think of others.
2021 has rolled around and brought a new sense of hope, like many years, but this one feels a bit different. I don’t want to say we’re desperate for positivity, but I don’t think we’re far off.
I’ve tried not to roll in the cliché too much but will be setting myself some simple goals for the coming 12 months. I’ve also created a little vision board that I’ve made into my laptop and phone wallpaper that is linked to my list, to keep me motivated.
Small things I’d like to commit to in 2021:
Reading more (classic). This was my resolution in 2020 and even though I didn’t read what I considered ‘loads’, I still read more than I had in 2019. I’m going to be building upon this in the next 12 months and think it’ll be very achievable.
Progress at work, now I have to admit, the last month I haven’t felt that my work has been as good as I know it can be. But from Monday 4th January I’m going to head into the office (both virtual and real-life) with a good attitude, a new planner and start Q1 with a BANG.
Finally buy my flat, the process is long, but watch this space.
Keep active, in whatever form I can.
Stay consistent with anything I do (cough*cough* blogging).
So what are you hoping to do in 2021? Let’s not put too much pressure on ourselves though, you’ve got to remember ‘we’re still living through a pandemic’.
Until next time,
Hannah xo
